In December 2011, Chilly Gonzales moved his piano to the Pigalle studio in Paris. Alone for 10 days, he recorded a selection of his compositions from a hundred or so melodies composed in the 8 years since his legendary album Solo Piano I.

Day after day, the pure, painstaking recording process took place. Chilly Gonzales recorded his pieces one after the other, until he captured the essence of each one.
