Description:

This is a concerto for bass trombone and jazz band. The bass trombone part incorporates fast moving lines with a complete use of the range and will challenge any good bass trombonist. The solo bass trombone is not required to improvise and there is a featured improvised solo for tenor saxophone. The chart also calls for four flutes. The solo part is difficult and the band parts are moderately difficult.
