The opening of Charpentier's Te Deum was made known largely by its use as the signature tune of 'Eurovision' but more recently has been very popular at weddings or indeed just as an excellent stately march. The piece features the 1st trumpet player. Alternative parts to the F horn parts are provided for Eb horns which can also be used for alto saxophones.
