This is technically an easy chart but harmonically a very interesting one to play. It is a great chart to teach balance, blend and intonation. I would suggest at first playing this chart in a choral style so that students can hear the chord from the top to the bottom. Tune each chord from the bottom up. Once you are satisfied with the balance and intonation move to the next chord. This chart can be use not only a great performance piece but also as a Jazz Ensemble warm up piece.
