In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening is another fine song from the pens of Mercer & Carmichael, and this version is a full transcription of the Dean Martin version. The only change we have made is not to include the Clarinet doubles in the sax section (for the little flicks behind the opening vocal phrase). The vocal key is F, modulating to C for the middle instrumental chorus, and returning to F for the last vocal chorus. There are no sax doubles. This chart is also in the vocal range of a female alto voice.
