This easygoing swinger is written in the style of the great Sammy Nestico and gives a nod to his classic Basie chart, Freckle Face. A tuneful melody accompanied by traditional chord changes leads to plenty of solo space for trumpet and piano. After the shout chorus a brief recap of the melody leads to a quick and powerful finish.
