You Took Advantage of Me has been transcribed and adapted by Jon Haprin from the Nelson Riddle chart written for Rosemary Clooney's 1961 album 'Rosie Solves the Swingin' Riddle'. It is a relaxed swing chart, full of interesting tonal colour and good dynamic contrast. The 4th Trombone part is scored for a Bass and this part takes the solo lines underneath the vocal choruses. There are no sax doubles, the vocal part is scored 'as sung' and the vocal key is Ab.
