A few years ago, the Brass Band Abinchova gave me a wonderful surprise by spontaneously performing a few pieces in my garden. This unexpected moment, full of spontaneity and harmony, has remained unforgettable to me and perfectly reflects the spirit of this ensemble: passion, talent and the joy of making music together. To mark the 20th anniversary of the brass band, I wanted to create a work that celebrates this energy and vitality. Soundstorm Jubilee unfolds like a veritable storm of sound: a musical journey characterized by sparkling brass, the exchange between instruments and a great sonority. Each passage explores the intensity, contrasts and colors of the ensemble and reflects the diversity of talents that make up the Brass Band Abinchova. This work is both a celebration and a sonic adventure, designed to captivate the audience and showcase the virtuosity, enthusiasm and community spirit of the brass band. May these twenty years of musical friendship and making music together continue to inspire and excite.
