TERRA MOMENTUM - "The Moment" was commissioned by the Mk Längenfeld for the completion of the new pavilion and rehearsal room. Due to the festive occasion, the work begins with a fanfare, which soon leads into the calm main melody. This first calm section embodies the wish and dream for a pavilion. The following repetition of the theme (with flugelhorn solo) then describes the enthusiasm with which the realization of this idea is approached. Soon afterwards, however, this section introduces the motif of work and difficulties during the long-term work. This is initially still in a minor key, but as the work progresses, it soon sounds in a major key and blends more and more with the initial fanfare, which is intended to express the growing confidence at the end of the project. Finally, the building is completed and the main motif is now heard in a sublime grandioso, which leads to the brilliant conclusion.
