The 92-page music book contains a total of 32 song compositions, including all 18 songs from the accompanying CD of the same name, as well as a further 14 meditative and contemplative songs.
The book is both a music book and artistically designed: just like the cover of the CD and music book, the young artist Hannah Prinz has also painted and designed the seven chapter pictures in the music book. These double-sided, colorful chapter pictures open and widen our eyes and hearts - and invite us to meditate on the songs and their contexts: Coming/Morning/Night - Dark/I - You - We - God/Day - Light/Evening/Going.
In addition to Inhale/Introitus and Exhale/Extroitus, the music book also contains a breathing meditation. This opens up resonance spaces for mystical moments and experiences.
