The Protestant Hymnal was the inspiration for the selection of what this little treasure chest should contain. The idea was to bring together hitherto neglected but valuable song gems, recast them and string them together into a necklace. I hope that the choirs will now contribute to popularizing one or two hymns that have rarely been sung in their congregations and church services.
The edition is available with and without CD.
