Description:
Peter Cornelius' renowned Christmas song "Die Könige" ("Three Kings from Persian Lands Afar") has captivated audiences during the Advent and Christmas seasons for generations. In this atmospheric choral arrangement published by Waldkauz Verlag, the expressive alto solo (low voice) and the three-part women's choir (SSA) blend seamlessly with a sensitive piano accompaniment to create an unforgettable musical experience. As the soloist narrates the moving journey of the Wise Men, the women's choir provides a celestial, harmonic backdrop with the chorale "How Brightly Shines the Morning Star". This sheet music edition is an exquisite addition to any festive Christmas concert or sacred service. Treat your ensemble and audience to a radiant musical highlight with this timeless masterpiece of romantic vocal music.
