This setting for women's choir, based on two verses from Psalm 33, was commissioned by the Japanese choir La Pure Fuente and its conductor, Mikiko Sato, in 2025. The work follows an intriguing late Renaissance model: its solemn grandeur was inspired by Thomas Weelkes's motet Hosanna to the Son of David.
