Description:
Mēness starus stīgo (Moonbeams) is an arrangement for upper voices of a famous poem from 1901 by the groundbreaking female poet Aspazija (1865-1943). Latvian composer/arranger/performer, Laura Jēkabsone perfectly depicts the narrative of the poem: a mystical journey in a golden-sailed boat to a, "happy shore". Highly recommended.
