Niemals geht man so ganz is a song from 1987 with lyrics by Trude Herr, performed together with Wolfgang Niedecken (BAP) and Tommy Engel (Bläck Fööss). This song was her last major hit. Afterward, she moved to the Fiji Islands for health reasons. The song premiered on Jürgen von der Lippe’s TV show "So isses." For our choral arrangement, we’ve adapted the Cologne dialect lyrics into standard German, but of course every choir also has the option of singing the Cologne dialect portion written by Wolfgang Niedecken.
