Description:
This volume contains the Miserere a 8 and the Pater noster a 8 (1717) composed by Antonio Literes (1673-1747).
Both works are written for double choir. The Miserere demands an obbligato cello. In addition, both works can be performed with optional violins. This Miserere deserves special attention because it is one of the most ambitious latin works composed by Literes.
Since the first violin of the Paster noster is lost, we have composed a new violin part.
