Set a reflective and uplifting tone for the season with “Ad te levavi (Universi)”, the solemn Introit for the 1st Sunday of Advent from the renowned collection “Nine Advent Motets op. 176”, presented in a first-class score by Carus-Verlag. This evocative piece captivates with its rich, profound harmonies and masterfully reflects the sense of devotion and anticipation at the start of the liturgical year. Scored for four-part mixed choir (SATB), the motet unfolds a warm, homogeneous choral sound that is ideally suited for church services as well as atmospheric Advent concerts. The carefully edited edition ensures outstanding legibility and performance usability for choral directors and ensembles alike. An essential addition to any sophisticated choral repertoire for the pre-Christmas season!
