Description:
This piece was written for my daughter Olivia, who is a music teacher, singer and choir director. The humorous poem is by Lewis Carroll (1832-1898), famous for his children's book Alice in Wonderland. The composer deliberately chose a Rossini style as a tribute to a composer who was known for his passion for food, although he certainly preferred truffles and foie gras to soup
