The melodies of Christmas songs and phrases from all over Europe are just as diverse as the images and traditions. When borders became more permeable in Europe in the 1990s, the choral association Europa Cantat published two collections of Christmas songs and movements with Carus: The stylistically diverse choir book "Hodie II" with 53 Christmas carols for four-part mixed choir is now being reissued. The songs are printed in their original language as well as in English, French and German translation. Pronunciation aids are available free of charge to make it easier to learn and rehearse the songs. Many of the movements are also available as individual editions - printed or digital.
