Jazz-Chor für 4stg. Chor (gemischte oder gleiche Stimmen!), 3 Trp., Streicher und Schlagzeug (Holzblock, Becken) - Nun darf auch im Jazz gejubelt werden was das Zeug hält. Der flotte Satz lebt von dynamischen Effekten und wird jedem harmoniesicheren Chor eine Bereicherung seines Repertoires sein.
'Theoretisch könnte dieses kleine Werk auch a cappella gesungen werden: Streicher und Bläser sorgen nur für eine andere Klangfärbung, ansonsten laufen sie, wenn sie ihre Einsätze haben, colla parte mit. Fünf Minuten dürfte eine Aufführung dauern. Der Anspruch an den Chor ist nicht allzu hoch, wichtig sind die forte-piano-Wechsel. Ein kleines Stück für einen fröhlichen Festgottesdienst, das zum Mitschnipsen einlädt. Wo Michel draufsteht, ist auch Michel drin.' (Württ.Blätter,3/2005)
