Many are the Wonders by Ken Burton is a celebratory gospel-influenced anthem for unaccompanied SSAATTBB, including solo tenor sections, and is suitable for concert programming and church liturgy. It was commissioned by Suzi Digby and the ORA choir as a contemporary response to Thomas Tallis' Latin anthem Loquebantur variis linguis, using verses from the Psalms to pick up on the theme of many tongues praising the wonder of God. It superbly brings together sounds of the American southern states with Tallis' renaissance polyphony.
