Description:
The text of Mutata vox is based on fragments from Ovid’s Metamorphoses (Book IX, Iphis), selected and arranged into a new textual version. The original narrative is broken into individual, self-contained moments that unfold as atmospheric states between vision, ardent love, and despair. The voice – as a carrier of both language and sound – becomes itself a site of transformation.
