Description:
The simple beauty of this French Canadian melody shines through in this SAB arrangement. The moderate range makes this anthem accessible for youth and adult choirs. The men sing the first two phrases supported by a soft descant sung by the women. The story of Christ's birth is told sensitively, allowing the balance between vocal and instrumental parts to resonate within the congregation. For Chris tmas services, hymn festivals and carol sings.
