Description:
Baker Street is a stop on the London underground, also known as the Tube. Scottish guitarist Gerry Rafferty started his musical career deep underneath London's streets, busking at various stops. He finally made it big on the international scene with his song, Baker Street. This hit also helped his album, City to City, sell over 4. 5 million copies. Hans Thijssen has created an arrangement that captures the sounds of the subway, and includes an optional solo for electric or bass guitar (also playable by the alto saxophone).
