Waltz from the musicalette "DIE UNBEKANNTE"
The musicalette "DIE UNBEKANNTE" was premiered on October 16, 2021 at the Altes Kino Leibnitz. The original version is designed for 10 wind instruments, piano, bass and percussion. A recording was made in 2018 by the "Cross Over Orchestra Vienna".
In this wind orchestra version, care was taken to ensure that the waltz can also be played by a smaller ensemble. The minimum instrumentation for this arrangement is: flute, 3 clarinets, 2 horns (1st + 2nd part / or 1st alto and tenor saxophone), flugelhorn (2nd part !), tenor horn, 2 trumpets (1st + 2nd part), 2 trombones, a bass instrument, drum set. The individual parts have also been generously provided with cue notes.
