With his polka "Bergträumerei," composer Thomas Schoder has created a musical journey through the breathtaking mountain landscape surrounding Oberstdorf. Early in the morning, the ascent begins to the idyllically situated Seealpsee below the Nebelhorn, as the first rays of sunlight slowly glimmer over the peaks. Once at the top, on a clear day, a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps unfolds. The trail continues over the Laufbacher Egg, past blooming edelweiss meadows at the Himmeleck, and down to the cozy Käser-Alp. There, during a short rest with a cool drink, you can reflect on the journey in peace. This melodious arrangement is by Michael Kuhn, an experienced connoisseur of Bohemian brass music, who lends this atmospheric polka its colorful and authentic sound. A musical mountain tour full of atmosphere, images of nature, and Alpine joie de vivre.
