Using as its harmonic basis a constantly repeating 8-bar chord pattern (hence, Chaconne), this single-movement, elegiac, and lovely treatment is a combination of interwoven constantly shimmering wind lines with ethereal percussion and keyboard (synthesizer and piano) effects.
