Der Titel „Dance of Moriscos“ erinnert an die Bildnisse von Erasmus Grasser, einem Sohn des Marktes Schmidmühlen. Dabei werden verschiedene Tanzcharaktere (Prophet, Jüngling, Alter Mann, Orientale, …) dargestellt. Die Musik ist im Stil der Renaissance angelegt.
