Description:
Bellini wrote his opera I Capuleti e I Montecchi in 1825. It handles about the traditional story of Giulietta e Romeo. The aria Eccomi in lieta vesta... is sung in the first act: In her room, Giulietta prepares for her marriage with Tebaldo, though she takes little pleasure in the thought of it: her heart belongs to Romeo. (Soprano and Concert Band)
