Description:
The famous Neapolitan song, inspired by the inauguration of the first Vesuvius funicular, was written by Peppino Turco and set to music by Luigi Denza in 1880. There are various versions and transcriptions of this song, however this arrangement has a decidedly more colorful and rhythmically lively character, even if there are moments with full and important sonorities.
