This short suite in three parts is inspired by the mythical Elves, as told by Tolkien in his masterpiece 'The Lord of the Rings.' The first part is a solemn march that accompanies the procession of King Elrond in the second part an antique melody celebrates the female heroin Arwen, who doesn't hesitate to give up her immortality for her love of Aragorn, a hero belonging to the human race the last part, accompanied by a fast jig, transports us t a party in the mythical country of the Elves, The Grand Canyon.
