This arrangement of the waltz "Gold and Silver" op.79 (1902) is intended to come as close as possible to the sound of a large symphony orchestra. The arrangement therefore deliberately retains the original key and has not been transposed into one of the usual "wind orchestra keys". It is aimed at conductors and orchestras who enjoy developing the necessary sound facets and sound mixtures for a successful realization.
