Description:
Isabelle Pierre is the stage name of Nicole Lapointe, who was born in 1936. She is a Canadian singer, radio presenter and visual artist from Quebec, best known for her 1971 song "Le Temps est Bon", written by Stéphane Venne (1941-2025) as the theme song for the film "Les Mâles". The song has become a timeless hit, enjoying renewed success thanks to Xavier Dolan's 2010 film "Les Amours Imaginaires" and the accompanying remix by the group Bon Entendeur. Jan van Kraeydonck wrote the arrangement for concert band, fanfare and brass band of this well-known French chanson.
