Known as the King of Ragtime, American composer/pianist Scott Joplin performed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. During his brief career, he wrote numerous piano works and operas.
This arrangement includes the following in medley form:

- The Ragtime Dance
- Heliotrope Bouquet
- The Entertainer
The intent here is to preserve basic style and feel and have a good blend of the various works while featuring some lesser-known melodies.
For dual-grade (parallel) scoring, please assign parts depending on player ability. Experienced and beginning players can rehearse and perform simultaneously. To best facilitate outdoor performance we have utilized light-weight and easy to set percussion equipment.
