Description:
When my grandson Jonathan and his beloved Maria Othilie were to be wed, they asked if I could compose a trumpet solo for the prelude / bridal entrance in the church. But they didn't want a traditional wedding march or procession—it wasn't to be solemn and pompous, nor cheerful and lively. So it became "Serenade."
