Description:
The year is 1566 and 2, 400 Hungarians and Croatians are waging a hopelessly unbalanced war again Sultan Süleyman's 100, 000 strong army. The small garrison heroically resists the Sultan for as long as they can, but in the end must surrender to his sheer numbers. After the dust settles, word gets out that the Sultan is, in fact, no longer alive! The news was kept secret to preserve the troop's morale. Willy Fransen's arrangement turns this exciting legend into an equally exciting musical tale that your audience will enjoy from start to finish.
