'The March of Finnmark Regiment' for band was composed in 1996 by order from Finnmark Regiment. Some years before I composed a trumpet signal to the same regiment. This trumpet signal you can also hear in the march. The march is inspired of my love for jazz, funk, blues, all groovy music and the joy of touring Finnmark in North of Norway in springtime after the winter darkness.
