Description:
The "Vulkanlandmarsch" was premiered by the Jungsteirerkapelle Feldbach and dedicated to the association "Steirisches Vulkanland" - Chairman LAbg. Josef Ober. The recording was made by the "Kernstockkapelle Pöllau", conductor: Anton Mauerhofer. This title was released on the CD "Ein Land voller Klang" in 2011.
About the "Steirisches Vulkanland" association:
33 municipalities in the districts of south-eastern Styria, Fürstenfeld, Weiz and Leibnitz make up the "Steirisches Vulkanland" region. As a unique cooperation, the region is committed to the vision of shaping its future viability in a human, ecological and economic way on its own responsibility: taking intelligent steps and measures today to shape the value and dignity of the special living space in a sustainable and responsible manner.
The joint work for the region means jointly concretizing goals with the involvement of responsible citizens and integrating the perspectives of economy, ecology and the area of community coexistence in equal measure.
