Description:
This marimba school was designed to develop the various movements with 4 mallets and at the same time a beautiful musicality. The introduction and subsequent exercises are essential for learning and assimilating the small pieces. With the help of his teacher, the beginner should play them slowly and with concentration, taking care to maintain relaxed shoulders and forearms and great flexibility in the wrists. Play these exercises one-handed at first until the movements become precise. All movements are illustrated and described on pages 3 and 4. This marimba school has proven its effectiveness in developing sound and phrasing in young marimbists. It is therefore important that they express themselves musically with good basic technique and take inspiration from the titles of the individual pieces.
