Description:
This percussion trio was composed in close collaboration with the dedicatees Martin Grubinger, Richard Putz, and Slavik Stakhov. The trio is in three parts, characterized by the sheer joy of a design dramaturgically clustering along seismic fault lines. During its course, the three percussion players switch among three setups in various playing positions on the stage - from the back of the stage to its center, then to its front ramp, focusing in each on a different sound material: the skin in the first part, metal in the second, and wood in the third.
