For four players. A quartet using the standard percussion battery, this work explores the often-overlooked expressive qualities of percussion instruments. A number of unique but easy-to-learn techniques give the players a variety of new sounds to explore, and the challenge of playing this quiet and haunting piece will bring a new understanding of their instruments.
