import/export is a percussion suite that makes use of four everyday junk objects that can be seen as truly global, and with no associated nationality or culture: an Oil-drum, a Wooden Pallet, a Plastic Bag, and a Soda Bottle. These objects are a central part of a globalised world that we live in, and their import/export movements keep our modern economy moving.
