Den siste mohikaner ('The Last of the Mohicans') is originally a German song ('Da sprach der alte haeuptling der indianer'). In Norway it's made famous by singer Arne Bendiksen who performed it a numerous times both on record, TV and various shows. Bendiksen himself wrote the Norwegian lyrics which is about the last mohicans in the 'Wild West' in the USA.
