Description:
I wrote Livia , my second work for guitar, for Maria Livia São Marcos. The Brazilian classical guitarist with an international reputation had settled in Switzerland in Geneva, where she taught at the conservatory for over 30 years from 1970. Livia was premiered in October 2006 in Martigny (Switzerland) by Karim Samah, guitarist and professor at the Lausanne Conservatory. I had written my first work for guitar, Hexade op. 91, for him.
