Description:
In 2019, the Kossler Duo (USA) began a project to collect and record 24 preludes and fugues in 24 keys by 24 composers. The project consists of transcriptions, existing works for guitar duo, and newly commissioned works by composers including Clarice Assad, Mark Anthony Cruz, Ben Verdery, Javier Farias, Douglas Boyce, Dan Locklair, Aureo Puerta Carreno, Gerard Drozd, Celil Refik Kaya, Rafael Scarfullery, Douglas Lora, Luc Levesque, Miroslav Loncar and Andrew Zohn. Volume 1 of this project includes Prelude and Fugue in C+ and was released in 2024 in collaboration with Frameworks Records and Drew Henderson as producer, sound engineer and editor.
