Description:
In consideration of the 240th anniversary of de Fossa's birth in 2015; Ophee has prepared the second of three trios for Guitar; Violin; and Violoncello in Opus 18. This new publication comes some 30 years after Editions Orphée's release of Trio No. 1 (494-02140; $24.95); but well worth the wait. Ophee applies his expert eye to the score with critical notes and fascinating background material. For advanced performers.
