für Mezzosopran [d'-d'' (g'')], Sopraninoblockflöte, Violine, Viola & B. c., herausgegeben von Peter Thalheimer. Galliard wirkte am Hof in Braunschweig-Celle bevor er nach 1705 in London als Oboist und Organist berühmt wurde. Vorliegende Arie stammt aus der Masque 'Pan and Syrinx'. Reihe Recorders Library
'Gänzlich unbekannt ist die Arie allerdings nicht, da Jed Wentz die gesamte Masque bereits mit seinem Ensemble 'Musica ad Rhenum' auf CD eingespielt hat (Brilliant Classics). Die Ausgabe ist wie üblich bei Thalheimer und Walhall mustergültig.' Prof. Michael Schneider, TIBIA, 3/2018
