In Zusammenarbeit mit der Fondazione Puccini und dem Centro studi G. Puccini in Lucca. Rekonstruktion fehlender Takte durch Wolfgang Ludewig. Puccinis 'op. 1', das 1876 entstandene Preludio a Orchestra, lässt bereits in der eigenwilligen Behandlung der Form und im bewussten Einsatz der orchestralen Klangfarben den späteren Meister der Opernbühne erahnen. Die vorliegende erste kritische Ausgabe des Werkes enthält zudem eine Ergänzung der im Autograph im mittleren Teil fehlenden Takte, die dem Werk eine in sich schlüssige Gestalt zurückgibt. Das Werk wurde am 16.
