Description:
This work was first published in 1883 before falling into oblivion over the course of time.
The musicologist and musician Martin Knauer from Celle has now brought the work back to the musical world in its original version - following an existing arrangement for 9 wind instruments and double bass.
Music reminiscent of the dramatic tonal language of Liszt and Wagner, yet with its own charm.
Instrumentation: 2 flutes; 2 oboes; 2 clarinets; 2 bassoons; 2 horns; 2 trumpets; drum; violin 1+2; viola; cello; double bass.
Ring binding.
