This is one of only a very few arrangements listed in the C. D. Wiggins Instrumental Catalogue and features five short pieces from Bela Bartok's piano collection "For Children" which has been in common domain since the beginning of 2016. The viola 2 and cello 2 parts are both virtually "covered" by other parts throughout, but the violin 3 isn't, and is an essential part in each of the pieces. The final movement concludes with a totally different ending from the Bartok orriginal. Playing time is ca. 5-6 minutes for the Suite as a whole.
